“ Ruby sunshine is one of my favorite restaurants and I come here often. However, today was THE BEST service I have had! Jodene was amazing! She was very attentive and sweet. If I could rate her personally it’s a 1000000/10 s. I will request her every time! ”
“ Absolutely fabulous! Fallon was our waitress and she was lovely. I had the mocha chia pudding for breakfast -- I have never had anything like that in my life! It was amazing! If you are a fan of thick textured pudding and not too sweet, this will be the best pudding you've ever tried. We Texans had a lovely time visiting Knoxville, Tennessee. ”
“ A solid five-star breakfast spot right on Market Square! Ruby Sunshine is cute, vibrant, and packed with delicious options from start to finish. I kicked things off with a morning mocktail — refreshing and perfectly cooling. The food was spot on: my Eggs Benedict came with braised pork and hollandaise on a buttery brioche bun that was cooked to perfection. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Great service, fun atmosphere, and a place I’d gladly return to! ”
“ We will definitely be back for brunch! There were a few flaws but most fixed and food was delicious. Benny, our server, gave us impeccable service! Professional, courteous, on the spot and enough empathy. The second round of creole eggs Benedict were delicious (the first were tepid). Flavoring as expected, shrimp tasty, sauce creole and a nice southern biscuit with fried green tomatoes included on the stack. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. Coffee was really good. Don't know if it was Community brand but full flavored nonetheless. Our appetizer of the classic beignets tasted like beignets from Cafe du Monde but were perfectly shaped and denser. Still, good flavor and with the powdered sugar. We sat outside on a Tuesday morning an around 9:30, 10am. The whole time, a Evans Meat and Seafood truck was directly across fromon us, running his loud refrigeration. Not good for the ambiance and serenity. I feel badly for Ruby Sunshine. Can't wait to return and try something different on their eclectic menu, but not on a Tuesday morning outdoors. ”
“ Really good!!! Super cute place, the service was great. Especially considering it was Saturday during prime brunch hours. We had a couple of omelettes, and random breakfast items. All great...with the exception of the fried green tomato. It was cold, thin, and chewy. They have gluten free options too. Outdoor seating is great, the people and doggie watching is primo. Will be back! ”
“ Delicious breakfast while sitting outside at Market Square. The food was delicious! Our server, Falynn, was wonderful and attentive. The St. Charles Benedict and the breakfast tacos were awesome! Fun start to the weekend! ”
“ Such a nice place ! We had brunch there and the food was delicious, portions were generous the service was perfect. We sat at the bar because there wasn’t any table available when we arrived. I don’t usually like eating at the bar but it was comfortable, we had more than enough space for 2 and the person who took care of us was so professional and friendly that it was overall a great time. Would definitely recommend ! ”
“ Our server was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. We ordered the mint chocolate chip beignets, cold brew and sugar cookie Latte to start. My husband got the Trifecta Benedict and I got the classic French toast. Yum! ”
